Just express your feelings the way you want to. Try to act confident or cool even though you don't like the fact. But, the fact is, it's the only way to express your feelings. Very Happy

Alright. I'm going to give you my self-created theory. Before expressing yourself, try hypothesisizing what will happen if you do that. If you think the outcome will be positive then do it. But if it's negative, you better turn back but then again, you could always pursue your goal.

I might want to ask.....what kind of feeling do you have difficulty in expressing?
